Post Op massages should ideally start day 1 Post Op, so the day after your surgical procedure. The only time this would differ is if your procedure is a tummy tuck, then your massages would start at Day 3 Post Op or if your doctor has instructed otherwise, due to a medical concern.

Massages in general after any surgery promotes faster healing and ridding the body of inflammation. Specifically, discussing the benefits of postoperative massages, they aim to improve circulation, decrease postop fluid, and ensure that your aesthetic results are everything you dreamed of.

Yes, postoperative massages are covered by insurance. The massages ONLY. Once you transition into body contouring, this will not be covered nor will a massage receipt be issued. Please refer to your insurance company for coverage amounts, as we do not have access to this information.

The following schedule is a generic schedule and will vary once you come in for an appointment. All treatments and schedules are personalized based on each person's journey. However, we do suggest booking all your appointments in order to avoid not getting what you want and we can adjust them when you come in.

Week 1 - Every other day

Week 2 - 3  - 3 times per week

Week 3 - 6 - Twice per week

Week 7 - 12  - Once per week

If you decide to go with a package, all packages must be paid in full at the first appointment. After each appointment you come in for, we will provide you with a receipt or direct bill for your insurance to pay you back. There is no combining individual appointment pricing with package pricing after the fact. All packages are non-refundable.
