Do you offer direct billing?
Yes! We do offer direct billing. to view the list of insurance companies we direct bill to, please see the list below. If your company is not there, we can provide a receipt for your submit for reimbursement. However, due to individual policies, we are unable to provide an answer until you visit the clinic. You may also phone your insurance plan holder and clarify if our clinic is able to offer direct billing or assignment of benefits.
How can I book an appointment with an RMT?
Do I need a referral to get a massage?
Registered Massage Therapists are considered primary access providers, meaning a referral is not necessary for you to benefit from our services. However, a referral may be required by your insurance company in order for you to be reimbursed.
Is lymphatic drainage massage covered?
Yes! As a group of Registered Massage Therapist who offer lymphatic drainage, you absolutely can use your insurance benefits for this service.
